Schools in Verrado

The current plan for Verrado, an award winning Master Planned Community in Buckeye Arizona includes three school districts:

  1. Agua Fria Union High School District
  2. Litchfield Elementary School District
  3. Saddle Mountain Unified School District

    Verrado Middle School

As with all of the Phoenix area explosion of growth, school districts and schools associated with specific residential street addresses are subject to change - so always verify what school districts and schools are associated with a home you are considering buying in Verrado.

Currently Verrado has two schools "on property". Verrado Middle Schoolwhich offers education K-8 for students living in Verrado and the surrounding area and Verrado High School which opened in the fall of 2006.

Verrado is located due west of Phoenix on I-10 at Exit 120 / Verrado Way

If you are considering buying a home or real estate in Verrado you owe it to yourself to talk with The Marriott Group at Keller Williams Realty Professional Partners to determine whether Tony Marriott is the best real estate Broker in Verrado to help you with the purchase of your home. The Marriott Group

That middle school is beautiful!  It looks like a mission!  It's hard to believe that Blue Ribbon schools in AZ still have converted manufactured homes as classrooms.  This should be a winner.  Nice job DMB

Tony, I love your logo... very original.

Great post!

Your post has been included in the week in review.

Hi Tony,

This is a wonderful example of the use of back links and love the virtual map as well.  Maggie was right to make this a part of the week in review.  Thanks for the share!

Tony,

Good job! I'm always learning something here on AR and your post is just another fine example of how to provide solid information and also feed the spiders : )

Brian - Thanks for stopping by!  Tony

Irina - Thanks for the compliment - it took us a couple of weeks with the graphic designers to fine tune it - we found a great resource through elance.com

Maggie - Thanks for the selection!

Lisa - Thanks - it was part of an experiment that has produced great ranking results - need to watch and see how long it "sticks"

Kelli - I never used to feed spiders - but the tech kind of spiders are OK :-)

I have had similar experiences with AR blog posts getting to Google front page very quickly. I find that the registrations on my website go up drastically when I do one of these "Active Rain Showers" as you call it. Great job!

Sean - Thanks for the validation!
