Short Sale Home Chandler Az is my first attempt at using my Flip video camera. I tried to be steady with my hands, just be myself when talking about the property. I was actually filming this for an out of state client, so I was speaking to her directly as you may notice.

My expectations were not very high for my first shot at directing a short film :-)

I am actually pleased with the outcome....
