16 price decreases and no increases, with more expireds than solds is a sucky week...


I had a loan delayed recently because the contract did not fully spell out the word, "Drive"...had to do an addendum...do banks want to loan money?  They are acting like they are government workers now...oh wait they are.  ;)  PS
