Coconino County and Flagstaff Foreclosure Sales Scheduled for This Week

There are many properties scheduled for trustee sale in Coconino County this week - October 26-Ocober 30, 2009. If the pattern of the year holds, most of these will not actually reach the foreclosure block this week. For those that do, look for most of them to be listed on the Northern Arizona Multiple-Listing-Service sometime in the future as bank-owned properties. Look for a report over the weekend as to which of these actually sold. Here's what's on the schedule:

All sales are scheduled for 11:30 unless otherwise noted. All sales are at the Coconino County Courthouse in Flagstaff. Weather permitting the auction happens outside on the steps, if look inside. Property addresses are Flagstaff unless another city is mentioned in the address.
