Lynne Dewar at Lenders Direct has announced they have some great new loan programs. Now that FHA after all these years is getting easier, we now have regular loans with lower down.

• 5% Down for primary residence with a 680 FICO and a max loan of $417,000
• 10% Down for 2-units (one must be primary residence) with a 700 FICO
• 5% Down for Condo's that are primary residence w/ a 680 FICO
• 15% Down on manufactured homes - primary or second home with 680 FICO
• 10% Down on single family second homes with 720 FICo
• Re-fi at 85% LTV on primary
