Closed a Flagstaff home listing early today! Made it possible for my clients to close tomorrow on their new purchase out-of-state. Lots of last minute scrabbling with late lender demands, but we managed through great cooperation with buyer's agent and good local loan originator.
New Flagstaff listing went active today and had three showings this afternoon. Who says you can't sell homes in December?
