This weekend will be another filled with fun in Flagstaff. If your in the lower elevations of Arizona, you may not want to visit because it looks like another winter storm is rolling in. 
But, that's good news up here because it means the Arizona Snowbowl is likely to keep its promise to open on December 13.

Hi Ann, More great links! I will have to forward this to my friends and relatives near Flagstaff! Wish I could be there but I am enjoying our latest season of snow in Michigan! The snow covered drive tonight is beautiful! The cold temps I could do without! I have a hard time imagining a snow bowl in your region but my friend say she has "weather" again where she lives in the mountains! I think she actually had to buy a winter coat again for the first time in years!
Oh, yes, Mary. At 7000 feet, we have winter. But nothing equivalent to the Midwest -- after each storm here the sun comes out and the snow melts! I had a full length down coat with hood that I wore in Chicago ever day from Nov. 1- March 31. I've worn it once since I moved to Flagstaff. This is perfect jacket weather.
Ann- I love the Winter Storms :) The other day while driving to Parker the desert was full of purple wildflowers that sprang up after the last storm :) You have many good activities in Flagstaff coming up...hope you have time to enjoy some of them yourself :)
