Off to Convention -- Will It Be Worth It?

Here's a picture of my drive tomorrow.Map from Flagstaff to Las Vegas

I'm off to the RE/MAX International Convention in Las Vegas. Hope I learn a lot! I really do go to these things to learn and usually come back dazed and tired from learning. The party-part does not entice me. What attracts me to these out-of-town meeings is the opportunity to "network" with top agents from around the country (and the world!) and learn what they are doing to buy and sell real estate.

I've been to other franchise conventions, but after 4 years, plus, with RE/MAX, I've not been. Since it's so close this year, and CRS was so far -- the one I usually do this time of year -- I decided to give it a try.

I'll write a few notes each day to let you know how it's going. My first session tomorrow is about blogging -- I'll be surprised if I find out much I haven't already learned on Active Rain!

Meanwhile, my great real estate team will be hard at work in Flagstaff. So give a call if you need anything regarding the buying or selling of Flagstaff Real Estate.

We love long drives, but living on Oahu we tend to go around in circles!  Have a BLAST at the convention and remember, as I am sure you well know, the BEST BUSINESS is done when you are NOT doing business!

Cheers-

Mike

Ann, you are bound to receive a ton of great information. Like you, I tend to go to these things to learn, learn, learn. I'm not much of a party-girl. When I go expecting good things that is almost always what I get. Have a wonderful time!!!

Yes, have a good time and take notes. I look forward to reading your take on things.
