Where to live in Gilbert, Arizona (Agritopia)

Agritopia is featured in the May issue of Phoenix magazine as one of the top 20 communities in the valley. Agritopia has treelined streets, inviting front porches and is built around a bountiful farm. Those of you from the Midwest will feel right at home. The homes have tons of character with wrap around front porches and detached garages at the back of the home. Being from the Midwest myself, I love this neighborhood.

The homes are modeled after homes that were built in the Phoenix area in the 1930's and 40's. They are definitely not your "cookie cutter" homes.
