12 home are in a pending status on a way to closing if all goes well for these buyers and sellers. Coronado Ranch pending properties have prices that range from $160,000 to $375,000.

Since March 27th of this year --- Coronado Ranch has seen new residents come to the neighborhood since 21 homes have closed escrow successfully! Of those home sales -- prices were from $142,000 to $372,000 with an average sold price of $240,000. The average sqaure footage was 2,580 and average price per square foot was about $95 dollars. It seemed to have take around 100+ days to sell most of these homes.
