You know, I can only think of two. www.city-forum.org can be a good one. The people that tend to respond to questions about relocating are all local, but sometimes they are bored and/or bitter and/or helpful. I would just take everything with a grain of salt.
If you have kids, you might also try the Arizona Moms message board sponsored by the AZ Republic. I have found it to be pretty helpfulon a myriad of topics, with reasonable responses.
