The technique is explained and demonstrated very well, and they also explain what is happeing to the heart and blood flow during the chest compressions.
Last year at the Val Vista Lakes Clubhouse I saw a live demonstration of this, and it was not as well explained or demonstrated as this short video. It's well worth taking a few minutes to view this technique. It may help you save someone's life one day.
