Currently listed are 68 homes, ranging from 190k condos to 1.6 mil custom homes. The average of these 68 homes is 507k. Sadly, there are just 7 homes in escrow, ranging 239k to 740k. Year To Date sales total just 14 homes, ranging 165k to 760k, with the average at 392k.
So, to summarize... Roughly 2000 homes here, and the medical chart shows 68:7:14... Meaning 68 active listings, 7 in escrow, and 14 sold so far this year. (Almost half these homes are vacant...)
I'd like these numbers to show a bit more balance... In 2005, the active listings dropped to 5 homes at one point...
Val Vista Lakes will be fine - but could use some vitamins, as could many parts of the market here in the PHX area!
