We are having very busy days here at the DiBiase Team and sometimes we forget that, as humans, we need breaks from work too. Most of the time, people who are busy will either bring lunch from home or go buy something fast and eat while they work or at their desk.

It’s scary to read how our sedentary lifestyles are starting to become a threat to our own health. You see it on the news or read it online; sitting at the computer uninterruptedly will make you tired, mess with your sight and posture, give you head aches and bad knots on your neck and back.

See, we live in beautiful Arizona, so at this time of the year, there’s no such thing as winter. This February has brought us warmer days and nice weather over all. For instance, today the high in Phoenix is 78. So why not get out of our office and take 30 minutes to eat and have a picnic? We have decided to do this at least 3 times a week and it’s actually very fun! It takes your mind off of work and it can help you relax and liberate stress.

If the weather is nice where you live, you should try to do your own picnic and if you can’t do it at work, maybe you can try to set it up with your family on a Sunday. Picnics are so FUN!
