Declining Home Sales Hurt Phoenix Arizona HOAs

With the declining market of home sales and many homes sitting vacant in communities in the Phoenix Arizona area, the HOAs are feeling a financial pinch. The Arizona Republic posted a new report about the issues confronting the HOAs in the area.
