HUD has approved funding for S1 region

For all those Realtors patiently waiting for HUD to establish new funding for the S1 region, ( Arizona, Nevada, Idaho ) I was sent an update today that funding is in. BLB Resources should have things up and running by tomorrow, keep an eye out on the HUD Home Store site to see if any of your bids have been accepted. Those escrows waiting to close with HOA funding issues should be working their way throug the system. New inventory should be also working through the system soon.
