Lower Property Tax Rates on the Horizon for Mohave County!

The Board of Supervisors unanimously votd to adopt a property tax rate of $1,2637 per $100 of limited assessed value for 2010. County Manager Ron Walker states that tax rates have decreased approximately 7% over the last few years.

Although values were raised last year, this reduction should help property owners in the county that are suffering through the nationwide economic turn down.
