A New Crop of Teachers for Lake Havasu City Schools

Each year, a new crop of teachers for Lake Havasu City schools is welcomed into the district. And this year was no different, as new teachers were introduced to one another on Wednesday at the new teacher orientation lunch inside the Havasupai Elementary library.

This group of teachers has come highly recommended, making many say it's the best group of teachers the district has had. The group is also coming into one of the most excelling school districts in the entire state.

Not one of the schools in the district have been on the academic failure list. Each school has a rigorous but relevant curriculum which, with a strong commitment from teachers, will leave a legacy that will be remembered for years to come.

Some of the teachers have come from as far away as Missouri, South Dakota, Michigan, Idaho and Canada. Many will be teaching high school and middle school students in the district.

The Lake Havasu Unified School District is made up of seven elementary schools, two middle schools, one high school and many alternative schools. The district provides an effective environment that supports productive learning, which requires safe and clean facilities with adequate space to provide instruction.

So, if you're looking for a great place to relocate with awesome schools, it looks like Lake Havasu City is the right place to be.
