Want Improvement? Change!!

"If you want to do better in your career this year over than last, make the conscious decision to make a change." [paraphrased, I think]

I was at an awards luncheon yesterday with my new branch at Long Realty - Dove Mountain. Rosey Koberlein was giving us a market snapshot and reminding us that now, more than any other time in real estate, might be the best time to buy and sell homes in Tucson and Marana, AZ

Low interest rates, nice supply of inventory, balanced market between buyer and seller - these conditions, coupled with a myriad of buyer programs spell opportunities for buyers to buy homes for sale Tucson, and sellers to move their listings and make their move!

But back to that conscious decision.

I've been very happy at Tierra Antigua. Great ethics, business practices and teamwork - Tierra Antigua had all that. I had training, 24-hour help broker help lines and lots of support and education in place. I really hadn't any reason to move agencies - or so I thought.

Then I met with regional manager Jackie Malden-Phelps. And I began to think about that phrase we all know...

"If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always gotten", or something like that.

And today I juxtapose that with, "If you want to do better in your career...make a change"...and here I am.

Out of the blue I've jumped into a different arena and am shaking up my comfort zone. I love Real Estate and homes for sale Tucson and Marana, but I also want to earn the income that will get my visiting my family spread out all over these United States of America!

I've made that consious decision.

So, this is my official declaration that I've moved to Long Realty - Dove Mountain Branch. I'm not deserting ANY of my clients and friends and contact base - no way...but I'm planning on adding lots more to it in the future. I plan on learning lots more from high-results REALTORS and getting even more education under my belt.

Watch for my open house signs peppering the roads of Marana, Dove Mountain, Skyranch, and Oro Valley, ... not to mention Tucson. I'll be shaking hands and sharing smiles at some of the community events like the recent Winterfest in Continental Ranch, Marana. I'm out in the field meeting folks and making changes.

I'm excited about this change, (a little nervous...okay, maybe a LOT nervous) and hope you'll continue to keep me in mind for your real estate needs, questions, networking referrals, and vendor needs.

I'm still here in Marana.... I just plan to make a little more noise this year.
