Like many houses in the East Mesa area, homes in Crismon Creek experienced big price increases during the bubble. Now after a couple rough years, current prices appear to once again be affordable to many Mesa home buyers. The median price in Crismon creek 7 - 12 months ago was around $182,000 & now we are seeing a much more affordable median in the $130's. Can it get much better? That's the big question out there now, but the market indicators would lead me to think that we are probably very near the bottom.
