Just want you all to know that I'm still around - been taking advantage of our slow market! Traveling in the White Mountains in Arizona Just North East of Mesa!!

I just want all of you to know - especially those who "might" care, that I have been enjoying some time away from the computer for a change. My husband and I will be leaving for Manhattan on Monday and then board a cruise ship headed for the northeastern edge of our wonderful United States. We'll end up in Quebec and then head home..........so looking forward to this time away. I haven't forgotten all of you, but wanted you to know that I WILL be back.

I'm sharing some photos of the beautiful White Mountain area of Arizona, specifically about 150 miles north and east of Mesa, Arizona at an altitude of over 6500 feet. We've been spending time there enjoying the cooler weather and pine trees. The wild flowers are going crazy, it is cool (actually got really cold Monday night), and spectacular. This is actually only 2 hours and 40 minutes from my home in East Mesa. No wonder we have so many people who move to Arizona.

We have lakes, mountains, fishing, camping, boating, off roading and more just minutes away. Enjoy the photos.

Teri,
I've wondered wher you have been. Haven't seen any posts from you lately. Now we all know - you've been off having a great time! Good for you!

Anthea: thanks for coming by and noticing I've been gone. I'm packing today and getting ready for the fall cruise up the eastern coast. Will report back.

Teri,

I'm sure it will be beautiful. Have a wonderful time and we all look forward to you getting back in the swing of things when you return.

Teri,

I think you've left already....if not have a great time.  Your pictures are great, that is indeed why I like Arizona.
