A FEW SIMPLE KEY FACTS
1. Recent real estate surveys show that as much as 80% of today's home buyers use
the internet to shop for a new home long before they contact a real estate agent.
2. Over the years newspaper sales and readership has diminished greatly.
3. If your real estate agent has relied upon the MLS, a few open houses, flyers, only
a personal web page or word of mouth then your property has not and WILL
NOT receive the maximum exposure it needs in order to sell it in a timely
manner in this slower real estate market.
4. The longer it sits on the market the more it is costing you in the form of expenses.
Taxes, mortgage interest, utilities, wear and tear, and loss of possible interest
income. This could result in thousands of dollars spent or wasted needlessly.
5. Waiting to sell your home for a "Better Real Estate Market" does not necessarily
mean a higher price.
