Buyer Market continues with Land Values regressing to 2002-2004 prices. During that time, an acre in the best areas was
priced from $250,000 to 500,000. In 2007 that number had increased to 800,000 to 1.8 million an acre.
The buyer today is looking for smaller house with all the features and view of the home selling for 800-1000 dollars a square foot in 2007 -- Now they want 4,500 to 6,500 square feet at a price of 250 to 325 dollars a square foot.
Oh - don't forget -- beautiful view, new construction (within the last 5 years). close in location, near good schools,
4-6 bedrooms, 5-7 bathrooms, gas, solar, green features, 4 car garage minimum, pool, spa, one level preferred,
