OK, you newbies out there, this is a guy you can learn from! I met Stefan through LinkedIn and knew instantly that he was a doer, not a sitter, so I invited him to join us on ActiveRain. I'm not exaggerating to say that he accepted my invitation IMMEDIATELY - and what's more, he'd put up his first post within the hour. Seriously!

How many people have you invited to ActiveRain? And how many have accepted your invitation? I just looked back at my list, and over the past 18 months, I must have invited nearly 200 people to join. Know how many have accepted? Somewhere in the neighborhood of 30. So with those kinds of response rates, when someone accepts immediately and gets the ball rolling straight-away, he's someone you want to get to know better because he's serious about growing his business!

Stefan is in Napa Valley where the market under $400,000 is very active, with short sales and REOs representing about 75%. Still, according to Stefan, upper end part of the Napa market ($2 million+) is starting to gain some velocity.
