Living in Phoenix, AZ we have a lot of winter residence. Many of these people come from Canada. It seems that many of the banks and mortgage brokers are no longer offering Non Resident Mortgages. Are you a lender that still offers Non Resident Loans? My hope is to develop a list lenders still offering this product for the benefit of the AR members.
