Well this blogging system is a little more difficult than a word press. Let me re-write my entry. The video above discusses the real estate market in metro Phoenix for March 2011. March set a new record for home sales, the most home sales for the month of March ever at 8,350. Not only did we crush it with home closings, but 9,452 homes went under contract. There were only 24,435 single family homes on the market as we entered April in 2011. That is a 2.9 month supply based on closings and 2.6 month supply based on new sales. We are seeing multiple offers, bidding wars, and rising prices in some neighborhoods. It isn't about any factor other than supply and demand in that particular sub-market.
