This Realtor keeps an eye on the stats, and the number of homes listed for sale has crossed 45000 again... Now I sure hope that all 45000 are serious sellers, but with only 5000-6000 buyers per month, this is still out of whack. One theme at Sell-a-Bration last week was the need to have the sellers understand pricing, and why it is so very important to be in the "top 10" homes that buyers will look at. Price is more important now than it has been in years, and yet some agents just don't get it! Guess who the big winners are! The sign post companies, and the flier printing guys.
Off to list a home...

You forgot Supra (GE Security) if that is your keybox company! Las Vegas had a keybox shortage as we saw the amount of listings double during the summer. Luckily it moderated. My sign company would also call me and ask if I was done or almost done with my sign post..LOL!
