The Phoenix Suns will be one of only four teams to play the maximum (25) games to be broadcast on the major networks. The Arizona Republic reports, "Only the Suns, Boston Celtics, Cleveland Cavaliers and Los Angeles Lakers will appear the maximum 25 times on ABC, ESPN and TNT for the coming regular season."
For all the years I've watched this team I enter each season like most fans, wondering "can they do it this year?"
They come so close so often but have yet to win a championship.
Let's see if Nash and Shaq have anything left in the tank... or if Amare can continue to home his skills.
Yep... one more year of hope is on the plate.
Oh, and the day after Valentines Day, come join us in Phoenix as our city hosts the All Star game. The weather is beautiful that time of year!

Ah, fall, the time of eternal optimism. D'Backs are a serious threat to win the World Series (as long as they make the playoffs), the Cardinals could win the Super Bowl, the Suns could win the NBA 'ship, and the Coyotes.....well, they could make the playoffs.
Eric... isn't it almost silly? Here we are edging closer to baseball's post-season... with football season at our doorstep and I'm already wanting to watch the Suns. It's hard to believe that this team, which is so watchable, gets so close so often. I wouldn't know how to react if they ever one it all.
