Because short sales and foreclosures have taken over the majority of the transactions in today's real estate market, our business model continues to heat up. We are expanding rapidly and need to fill a few roles within our organization at our Corporate Headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.

We'd like to work within our network to find some experienced individuals in the following areas:


Transaction Coordinator Assistant:

This individual will work within our Transaction department, assisting our Transaction Coordinators, Transaction Manager, and our Real Estate Broker, in an administrative capacity. The next step for this role as we continue to grow is to transition into a Transaction Coordinator. Compensation for this role will start at $30,000-$40,000 DOE. Short Sale Negotiator:

This individual will work within our Short Sale Negotiations department, communicating with lenders on a continual basis. You must have great sales ability, be able to communicate effectively, and be able to close deals on a consistent basis. We're looking for someone that is aggressive and wants to make a six figure income. This is a commissioned sales role only, with the potential of making $75,000-$100,000+ in your first year. You need to be able to think on your feet and react on the fly. Mortgage and/or Real Estate Experience a must. BE PREPARED: IT MAY TAKE UP TO 3-4 MONTHS BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR FIRST COMMISSION. Short Sale Manager:

This individual will work as the figure head of our Negotiations Department. You will be the "go to" person for any higher level negotiations. You must have great sales ability, be able to communicate effectively, and be able manage a group of individuals with varying personalities. You will conduct weekly meetings to gather information from the negotiators, assign files, monitor production, and give feedback to the executive team. Income opportunity for this role is $50K + bonuses along the way. Mortgage and/or Real Estate Experience a must. Great organizational skills and computer experience necessary. This individual will work directly with the CEO in a daily operations capacity. You must be very detail oriented, be able to multi-task and also have great communication skills, as you will be the liaison between departments. You will handle running daily reports, email, scheduling, dictation, and many more administrative tasks. The income opportunity for this role will range between $35,000-$45,000 DOE. Staff Accountant:

This individual will work within our Financial department, handling the day to day entries of all of the bank account, credit card, income, and expenditures of all of our businesses. Must be very analytical and have a heavy attention to detail. Extensive knowledge of Quickbooks is imperative for this role. Income Opportunity for this role will range between $35,000-$45,000 DOE.
