I Love Picky Buyers!

I love working with buyers, first time buyers, second home buyers, picky buyers, not so picky buyers, I love them all. Don't get me wrong, I'm always on the lookout for listings but I think I really relate well to buyers and I believe they can sense that right from the start.

I love looking at homes, (good thing I'm a Realtor, right?), and I love helping buyers find the perfect home for them and then getting them into the home with as little stress as possible.

Having said that, I should also say that while there is a perfect home for each buyer there is no "PERFECT" home. I know it sounds like double talk but it's not.

My parents have built two custom homes, they spent months working out each detail and going over plans and making modifications. Neither home was "PERFECT" and if they design and build another home it won't be "PERFECT" either. There is no such animal.

But there is a perfect home for each buyer. It's the one that gives you that feeling... the feeling of comfort... the feeling of pride... the feeling of a great fit... the feeling of being home.

That's why I like picky buyers because deep down inside they know exactly what they want. And truth to tell, sometimes it takes a while to figure out exactly what that is, but when that happens and as soon as we agree that there is no such thing as a "PERFECT" home we usually find the perfect home for them.
