Tapestry on Central – Life Meets Location

Tapestry on Central is a Phoenix community that is really coming in to it’s own. In the “Valley of the Sun,” we have been known for sprawl and for building hundreds of subdivisions that look the same with tiled roofs and stucco exteriors. In Central Phoenix, there have been exceptions to this rule with some of our great historic and modern neighborhoods to choose from. Tapestry on Central has brought a 280 unit development consisting of two-story cityhomes, penthouses and flats to an area surrounded by beautiful single family homes in the Willo Historic District near the famed Heard Museum and the Phoenix Light Rail line. The photo below shows Tapestry on Central in the background while standing at the light rail platform.

Light Rail outside of Tapestry on Central

With one- and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from approximately 837 square feet to more than 2,500 square feet, Tapestry on Central has many choices for your lifestyle. Speaking of lifestyle, Tapestry on Central also provides easy access to many great things the city has to offer. Hop on the light rail right next to the community and ride to restaurants, sporting events, arts and entertainment venues, job centers and more. I can’t think of a better way to get to a Suns or a Diamondbacks game or to easily head to Tempe for some “RailGating” at an ASU football, baseball or basketball game.

“Life meets location” can now be said for many of the homes near light rail in Phoenix, Tempe and in Mesa. In fact, many people in the valley are looking for the convenience of owning a home, condo, loft etc. where their lifestyle fits more closely to the conveniences of a live, work and play destination.  If you are someone that would like more information about homes at Tapestry or about any of the homes near light rail, give us a call at 480-463-4514.
