CHRISTMAS IS OVER NOW LETS GET ON WITH BUSINESS!

Good Evening Everyone,

Well Santa has returned to the pole for another year and now I'm ready to get back to work. However, no one else seems to be in the same mode. Title Officers are still out, HOA Offices are closed until after New Years, my Short Sale lender must be off too since I sent information to them early last week and haven't had any response, and I have buyers wanting to close a sale and we can't! We can't close because no one is working this week. Isn't that a bear! A year like this one you would think everyone would be chomping at the bit to get something finished up, but no, they have to take off for a week or two to celebrate a Holiday.

Don't get me wrong, I like Christmas as much as anyone. But once it's over, it's over as far as I am concerned. I can't afford to take two weeks off from business just because of a Holiday. Is anyone else having this difficulty? Maybe it is just the laid back atmosphere here in the White Mountains and everyone figures nothing is going to happen anyway so why bother going to work. NOT!!! There is business to be had and we can't get it done.

Oh well, I have to put on my grin & bare it hat and wait for everyone to get done celebrating.
