Thesa - Karen is very caring, it is apparent in all she does! Besides that, she rocks! I don't know of too many lenders who do not base their fee on the price of the home. She has a fee she charges for Jumbo Home Loans in AZ which doesn't go up just because your home price begins with a 5 instead of a 3. Very impressive. She should be a big contender in the AZ mortgage market since there are some areas where all homes are in the Jumbo Loan range.
