Have to love first time homeowners!

I really like how it feels to help someone get a house, let alone their first one.

It feels great!! Man I can't thank you enough for helping me get it. I was getting so frustrated in the beginning (with all the offers being rejected). It felt like we were never going to get anything. Once we actually found the house the whole process went great. I thought the loan would be the most difficult part, but you and your people made that the easy part. Thanks for explaining all the little details, and for being so patient with me. I would have been lost without your help.

Since we moved in I've been working my butt off everyday. Then I decided to remodel both of the bathrooms I've got one done so far, it looks a lot better. I put travertine tile on the floor, new vanity, new toilet, and granite counter tops, plus a vessel waterfall sink. It looks 100 times better. I got everything to do the master bathroom the same but I've been busy trying to get stuff arranged to work on it. I also got the fence done and my garage built. I'm actually going to put on the garage door opener on right now. I'll send you some pics when I'm done or you can come check it out.
