I have been part of AR since June 27th and already have seen the great benefit of the community. Not only do I enjoy reading all the blogs and learning more about my profession, but I recently benefitted from one of my listings appearing on the front page of Google. The listing showed up for 2 days, just a day after I entered the blog into AR.
I read an earlier post that stated it is important to enter the address of the listing in the title line. Is there any other recommendations anyone can offer that will assist in getting better ratings?
Obviously this site works with search engine optimization.

I agree with you. I think AR will continue to be a great benefit to our business in real estate.
Rob it is great to see fast results from Google. Just keep using the keywords you want to be found for and you will see results.
That is just one of the benifits of Active Rain. I am also getting 4-5 leads a week from Active Rain and in the last 2 months have had 5 sides and have 4 more closing from Active Rain scheduled next month.
