If you are just deciding to become a real estate agent or if you have been licensed for years, you can understand the importance of a good company to work with. The company you work for or with has to be a good reflection of the values you wish to uphold. With that being said I am not going bore you the reader with all of the old company history and values, I am going to tell you what we are doing for our agents and let you make the conclusion. Just a few things though, our company sticks to its word when something is said it is followed up with and completed and we have the strongest foundation you could ask for even throughout this recession (meaning your commission checks will not bounce). With those things said let's talk about why West USA Realty is the best real estate company to work for. This leads to my story; which many of my readers already know. In the year 2007 I had an amazing idea. I wanted to have a real estate office inside of Walmart. Well after a long time of working with walmart (amazing company by the way), they allowed me to work my idea inside one walmart on a trial basis. This was in 2007. It worked, the people liked the idea I loved having an office to go to that was always busy with people. So 2 years had passed and our business had grown from a family business to a complex plan for expansion. I still am very passionate about the fact that every single person trying to sell their home should have it advertised inside walmart, and if you are buying a home why wouldn't you stop in a see what's new. Before I go off on one of my normal tangents I will keep it short and sweet. I took my company inside 6 walmarts by this time, in phoenix Arizona, looking to franchise in all 50 states inside walmart and began looking for a partner to manage our growth. I talked to many people and many ideas came across my desk. Guess what without any hesitation after meeting the owner of West USA Realty I knew that this was the best company not just real estate company, but best company to work with to make my mission of nationwide service a reality. So I come to you with this blog knowing the reasons anyone should pick us to work with.
