How's the Market in the Phoenix Area???

According to the Cromford Report for May 2010 for the Phoenix area, normal listings fell as REOs and short sales rose. Pending listings have dropped, probably due to the end of the Tax Credit. We are still ahead of last year's sales, which is a good sign. Another good sign is that the average price, median price and price per sq. ft. have been moving in a general upward direction since April/May 2009. Hopefully it is a sign of the market stabilizing and recovering.
