Phoenix Arizona Market Information - August 2010

We just posted information about the average price of homes sold in the various Phoenix Arizona area communities in August 2010 on our Benjamin Realty blog.

If you are a would-be buyer for a home in the Arizona market, you will find that prices range wildly across the board depending on the Phoenix area community where you want to find a home.

Generally the numbers show that the average prices per square foot of homes sold in the various communities is about where it was in July, or in some areas it is down somewhat.
