New Mobile Agent Websites are HUGE Success

The South Eastern Valley Regional Association of Realtors had its annual conference and Powervision4Realestate.com a Scottsdale Virtual Tour Company decided to take a booth. We were the last allowed into the show and as a result were able to buy an associate membership for our new salesperson Tina Malko.


It was very last minute and I knew there were going to be over 1000 attendees so I decided to ask another RTV dealer – Rudy Gutierrez of Onview360.com to join us in working the booth. With Rudy’s specialty being creating virtual tours, my specialty being all things technical and Tina being a salesperson, we presented a united team front to the attending realtors.

By the end of the day over 200 people left cards at our booth requesting additional information regarding our Scottsdale Virtual Tours and our newest offering Realtor Mobile Websites . We gave away one hi-def
slide show to attract people to the booth and when they got there dazzled them with our new mobile websites.

Somewhat familiar with some of the competition’s texting systems, everyone thought that our system was the same, until we actually demonstrated right there in the booth. In preparation for the event, I had ordered sign riders from Jack Pratt Signs that stated TEXT message GR8HMS to 43766 and preloaded the sample site with our tours, pictures and other MLS listings. Even Rudy was impressed with how the Mobile Websites offered by RTV dealers served to capture the leads right on the spot.


I can't imagine where my property marketing and virtual tour business would be without RTV. I know we are not your biggest tour users, but we do a lot of other business based on the virtual tour and products and services that bring in a ton of profit. We are going to be selling more tours,because Tina is really gung ho and has helped develop an IPAD portfolio to demonstrate that will help us to ace each sale.


Another big help to my business is Robin Duran, RTV dealer from Wisconsin Virtual Tours who constantly helps me with the RTV offerings he has found helpful to his VT business. With help from Robin and from another RTV Dealer, Nancy Bain of Nova Scotia Virtual Tours, I am getting ready to put out a facebook add to all realtors in Arizona. I will be using the technology to target my advertising to a limited audience of potential users I have identified. I actually learned this technique from Benn Kinney of Keller Williams in Seattle at Active Rain Camp. (Go if the tour comes through your town – its worth the $75).


If you have noticed one thing in this blog, you will have noticed that I specifically mention four RTV dealers, including one in my city. They aren’t the only ones who have helped me. I know Powervision4Realestate.com would be successful without the help of RTV and the other dealers, but I know that I wouldn’t be as profitable or as versatile without them. As dealers, you should all rely on each other and learn from each other. It’s a great time saver and it actually can result in some new and strong business and personal relationship.
