Loan Officers of old their USP (unique selling proposition) was look at this loan its the cheapest or the easiest to lend to...those programs were never long term business builders.
Helping agents develop marketing plans for the long haul was a better way to go. After all in the biblical sense "give a man a fish vs teach him to fish" right?
