Coconino County Trustee Sales Held December 12-16, 2011

Some lenders, notably those guaranteed by FHA and Freddie Mac, are suspending foreclosure evictions for the next two weeks. That didn't affect last week's activity, which is shown below for Coconino County.

This past week's schedule of Coconino County trustee sales was fairly long; however, the actual sales, as usual, were fewer, as shown below. Most reverted to the banks holding the loan although there was one third-party bidder. Look for the reversions to appear in MLS as bank-owned properties. The ones of the original list but not on the list at the end of the week may appear again -- they are probably working on loan modifications or short sales.
