Tucson had some pleasing results this week in media across the nation.
The Arizona Daily Star featured an article about the grim look of National, Statewide and particularly Phoenix Real Estate.
The good News for Tucson buyers and Owners is that the article looked at home prices all over the state and found.
"Of all the individual communities monitored, only Tucson home prices actually showed some sign of life, rising nearly a percentage point in the last quarter"
Other good news for Tucson this week included that Five of our local high schools are praised in the upcoming issue of U.S. News & World Report, with two ranked among the top 20 in the nation.
University High and BASIS Charter School rated in the top 20, while 3 other schools, Catalina Foothills High School, Sonoran Science Academy and Vision Charter were honored by the magazine.
Well Done Tucson! Certainly is a Great Place to be, especially at this time of year!ActiveRain Corp. is not responsible for the accuracy of the site's content (which is written by members of the ActiveRain Real Estate Network) and does not endorse the views of the real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and others listed here.
