Well, it has come to the point where I have decided that a REALTOR's work is never done! Working most of the day in my home office and neglecting so many other tasks on my 'to-do' list I hear my daughter's voice one more time, "Mom, are we going to go or what?"
Which leads me to this quick post to share not only of a great park within walking distance from my neighborhood and great community of Greenfield Lakes and adjacent to Agritopia in Gilbert, Arizona. Also to shout out about how great is technology!
I am sitting at our very own, Gilbert Cosmo Dog Park, folding chair, laptop and all my needed files to finish up my work and finish a few emails for the day. (Click here for a look at Cosmo Park Who Let the Dogs Out? "Whoof, Whoof...")
So the demands of family wants and desires to hit the dog park and give our sweet little 'Bella' and and her daddy, 'Bo' a run in the park has been fullfilled today. No one said I couldn't keep working, I just needed to be accounted for. So with wonderful technology I have been able to forward some emails, finish my 'Just Listed' postcard and take a few new photos to show you how convenient our wonderful Town of Gilbert parks really can be for dog lovers and locals that enjoy using their time wisely.
The weather today is gorgeous, the locals are out running their pets and Candace is getting the best of both worlds. Watching, working and spending time with my family.
If you ever get a chance to get to visit a dog park in your area, think about bringing a laptop, blanket or chair and wireless card and enjoy the outdoors and give yourself a new view from the mundane four walls of the office.

What a great place for Bo to get to run around in, Candace! That pool looks very inviting.

How great that there is a pool! My dogs would wear themselves out! What a fun way to work.
First time we took our dog to the Mililani Dog Park she made a miniature hot dog cry. The next time she had two giant dogs chasing her and she cried. At least they get to 'socialize'.
Candace, Your dog park is so big, we have a very small one--and we don't have a pool, I have to wonder what my dogs would do! Bella and Bo are both adorable. I'm glad you have nice weather and a great place to play and work :)
Candace~ isn't is fun when we can combine the mom stuff with the real estate stuff and have everyone happy, including the dogs. You'd laugh if you saw a picture of our dog park, it's basically a 1/2 acre of mud today!
Where's my little Taco guy? Did he have to stay home?
Candi - How cool is that place?! Great photos. I'm thrilled to hear you spent time outside. Keep it up!
CANDI - That is some dog park! I've only been to the ones in NYC that were marginal at best. You wouldn't want to bring your laptop there, or do much of anything besides allow your dogs to get some exercise.
What a fantastic Dog park. Sometimes I wish my dog and I could trade lives for a day.

How nice to be outside without freezing. It's 3 degrees right now for me! I long for warmer weather.
Candace- What a cute doggie. I can not go anywhere near any dog, Tristan is horribly allergic.
Missy - Yes we have those perfect days here in Arizona.... yesterday was one of them, park, doggies & family.
Lisa - Bo is a friends dog, however our little Bella's daddy. Cosmo Dog Park is a great park. The Lake (pool) is great for the water loving dogs, not so sure it's a great wading place for humans even though you see them do it. Not for me, thank goodness my pooches don't like the water.
Des - No dog required at all, in fact I often leave Bella at home to just visit and watch the big dogs fetch their sticks in the water and jump off the dock. However, if you must put Al on a leash, there is a great new dog store right by the dog park in San Tan Mall that has great buys on Studded Collars, they are hot!
Elaine - The man made lake for the dogs to cool off is a must here in Arizona, some don't have it but this makes this park even more popular for it. The big dogs seem to love it!
Candace~What a fun park to take the dogs too. I have to find out if there are any dog parks in Utah. You have proved that many things can be done at once and Bella and Bo are just cute as can be. Enjoy your week!
Sally - I bet the dog parks are wonderful there and beautiful. Of course you have the ocean to run your pooches I bet! Believe it or Not, we don't have ocean front property here in Arizona, darn it!! LOL
Carole - My daughter thought it was a creative idea to have me work at the park too...she actually inquired on the way over to the park, why don't I do it more often. I think I just might. Rather relaxing actually. This park is really quite nice and great views from every direction.
Lisa R - It was great to be able to make my daughter happy mostly, she was after me all day, but I had a deadline to get to and it was causing some frustrations with submissions. However, we managed to get there as planned. So all was well and everyone was a happy camper. This park is huge...one the award for best dog park in 2007.
Hey Candace, how nice that is. Sitting in the park and typing away? It's beautiful today, so I think I'll go to the driving range. Working on my new company. Got the name approved by the Dept. of Real Estate, getting the LLC, etc. I'll keep you posted. ;-)

Teri - I went to the dog park again yesterday, however it was a quick trip and didn't bring the laptop. Brought a good magazine instead. Hope all is going well in the transition!!
Ginger - I love this dog park, my little guy .. "taco" loves it and comes home so exhausted from playing with all the big dogs. He really believes he is a big one...but he isn't. I added this to the group, thanks so much for sharing it.
