Buyer and Seller Information - Phoenix, Arizona Market Stats as of March 26, 2008!!!

I have been missing in action for a couple of days accumulating information to share with consumers. I periodically share our market stats for my "potential" customers as well as my readers who might like to know what our market is doing. Since so many are moving to the south and the west, it's very helpful to know what our market is doing. I've shared a couple of other graphic representations with you, and will now share what the past month is showing. One thing I can say - for sure - we have more buyers, and more homes are going under contract.

Thanks to my title guy, the graph looks a bit nicer than mine..........but a little lighter. I'll have to remedy that. ;-)

Keep in mind that this includes Maricopa and Pinal County - two of the fastest growing counties in the country, AND does NOT include builder inventory - unless they have added it to the MLS!

Phoenix MLS Stats

I am definitely recommending buyers jump into the buyer's market while it is still a buyer's market. Sellers need to take advantage of the influx of buyers out looking for a "deal."

Teri, thank you for putting this out there.  I'm going to canvass a neighborhood this afternoon for an open house this Sunday.  This will be one more reason for buyers to put a toe in the water.

Teri--Nice visual! Good information for those buyers on the fence! Time to make a move as this market won't be here forever.

Mark, wow...that was a quick comment. Thanks, and I'm glad you liked it. I posted another one just for the southeast valley. I think buyers need to put their entire foot in the water. ;-)

Hi Teri, thank you. I definitely helps me visualize what's going on in our market. ;-)

Teri, while I'm waiting at home for open house announcements to print for today's canvassing, I was popping back and forth on AR.  I didn't realize my comment was 3 minutes after you put out your post.  Subscribing to the right people seems to always pay off for me.  Maybe your data will get me some buyers on this property this weekend.  It is a great deal in Mesa, zero down/zero closing costs at $1,388.42/month.  Buyers only need $20.03/hour household income to qualify!!

Mark, thank you again. It looks like you're on the ball. Data really helps.....check out my other post for the southeast valley. I posted that minutes after the overall....maybe that'll help too.....;-)

Teri - Very attractive  graph.  We have similar ratios actives to pendings and solds, but there has bee quite a bit more activity in the last couple more weeks.

Marzena, thank you so much. Activity definitely is picking up!! ;-)
