In any spare time that I get I like to study up on things. I compiled a list of websites that offer valuable information for those who like to do the same.
Down Payment Assistance Programs:
http://www.ameridream.org/ (gifts and concessions)
http://www.getdownpayment.com/ (gifts and concessions)
Homes & Communities & Misc.:
http://www.hud.gov/ (great updates)
http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/welcomeAction.do?NavKey=home@1 (100% Financing for Rural Housing) This is the USDA website
http://www.ftc.gov/ (Consumer Credit information and other great resources)
http://www.scotsmanguide.com/ (Good for Loan Officers to browse through)
http://www.bankrate.com/ (This website has great articles to read and a rate alert)
http://www.federalreserveeducation.org/ (Updates and Federal Reserve Explanations)
http://www.housingaz.com/ (Bond Programs & Arizona Housing Information)
Just a few sites, which most of you are probably aware of but incase someone maybe new to the industry or that would like to just brush up on your information it never hurts. Knowledge is power - right?
