WE have been working for the past week on getting a deal closed that has been in escrow for the past 6 weeks and we have been working on it for over 2 months.
I have heard everything, documents have been in line since last Friday, every day a new reason / excuse.
The lender was MIA, didn't answer his phone sporadic response to emails
The agent was worse, she was oblivious to what was going on, all she had interest in was the commission she was going to make, I had to call her broker to get a response.
This is not rocket science, its the basics
Get your client prequalified
Find a house
negioate a fair deal for everybody
get the home in escrow
do your inspections
have home appraised
get loan in place
have your final documents to title 3 days prior to close of escrow so everybody has time
sign the documents and close
Its not that difficult, why do so many agents and lenders not get that???

All the best in getting the deal closed -- sounds as though it has been very stressful.
And it was the deal that if closed got my asset manager his bonus......
No pressure , ill set you know how it goes tomorrow buyer dics are in my car ready to be at the lender at 8am for funding
Sounds like there are some undisclosed problems with the Mortgage. Or that some Loan officers just simply dont do there job.
