Wells Fargo SmartFit Home Equity Account with a Fixed Rate

I just found out about a new Home Equity Account that has a fixed rate of approx. 7.5% for three years. This is great news for those of us a little nervous with the current state of affairs. It is my understanding that at the end of the initial fixed-rate term, there are several options for managing the outstanding balance.
