With so many agents tired of working with short sales it only begs to have the question asked, "What will be the fate of these short sales?"
Ready or not, here I come! - I've been killing several birds with one stone. I've got my ready buyers and my not so ready buyers. When my ready buyers can't make it out during the week to look at homes, I take my "not so ready" buyers out to look at short sales.
Why short sales? - With the increasing amounts of short sale listings and the increasing amounts of REO listings on the market, in our market, it's only going to be a couple of months until a short sale becomes an REO.
Thank you for being S-L-O-W!! - Some REO agents aren't too quick to get a sign up or a lockbox out. By looking at the pre-REO's (short sales), we're able to window shop first, figure out what price it will hit the market when it becomes REO and prepare to write an offer.
Short sale shopping is window shopping for REO's. Good luck!
