Even the lowest price in the neighborhood is not enough. You need staging!

Here is a testimonial from my latest client. The home had been completely remodeled, flooring, paint, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, new plumbing, new electrical, AC, and everything in between. It had been on the market for over 30 days with no offers. Well, you can see from the sellers testimonial that having the best price just wasn't enough. It took staging to sell!

Robyn @ StageAZ is AMAZING!!!!! We did a complete remodel on this property and had listed it with a Realtor. Knowing this market, with REO's and short sales in the neighborhood, we priced very competitively. So, we were low priced and best looking in the entire neighborhood, plus updated..... but that wasn't enough. We had over 25 showings but no offers.
