Fortunately we have seen increased interest and people are looking for homes again. This may be partially to the fact that the media is finally saying that it is a good time to buy now, something they haven't done in a long time.
In Arizona I think you're seeing we are ahead of the narional average as far as ststiatics go. Where as I've been informed the national average of decreased home values is around 15%, in Arizona I feel we are closer to 50% or more in some areas. We are seeing record low prices and interest rates, that makes it a win win for Buyers.
